Delegates from countries that require a visa to enter the United Kingdom are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa can take a minimum of three months. You are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and begin the application process early in your home country. Applicants are responsible to take care of their own visa application and need to directly contact the respective embassy.

Please note that this letter does not guarantee you will be granted a visa. We are unable to send the letter to an embassy or consulate for you nor can we contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the UK. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for mailing and delivery of the original letter (an electronic copy will be emailed within 5 working days).

Entry is via Kingston Lane only. . On arrival, please request a permit for the day from the main reception desk in the Eastern Gateway Building.
