From 04 – 06 July 2018, Brunel University London hosted the 6th International Conference on Nanomanufacturing on the Brunel campus with the sunny pleasant London climate. The conference was opened by Professor Julia Buckingham, Vice Chancellor of Brunel University London, with her warm welcome speech to all conference delegates.

Nearly 200 delegates attended the event from 15 different countries worldwide. There were five keynote speeches presented throughout the three days of the conference, by the international leading professors and industrialists in the field. The conference ran 24 sessions with 114 paper orally presented. We were also joined by 15 industrial exhibitors who spent time demonstrating their work to delegates and discussing their industrial research and development with delegates. 

The conference dinner was held at Wembley Stadium, where we enjoyed a meal and the opportunity to network. Speeches were made by Professor Geoff Rodgers, DeputyVice Chancellor (Research & Innovation) and  Professor Jiang and Professor Yang who introduced us to nanoMan2020 which will be held in Xian
and hosted by Xian Jiaotong University.

Since 2008, the nanoMan serial conference has become one of the leading international forums for experts to exchange the latest developments, research findings and visions in the field of nanomanufacturing. Indeed, we look forward to seeing you all again in Xian in 2020.
