How can I get an invoice for the registration fee?


Please email your registration form to nanoman2018@gmail.com and indicate that you would like to pay via invoice




If I am no longer able to attend the conference, can I apply for a refund?


Please note full refunds will only be available up to and including Friday 15th June 2018. No refunds will be available after Friday 15th June 2018.




How do I apply for student accommodation?


Please email your request to nanoman2018@gmail.com and we will be happy to arrange student accommodation on your behalf. All other accommodation will need to be booked directly.




Has my paper been reviewed?


All reviews can be accessed via Easichair. If you are having trouble viewing or accessing these, please e-mail nanoman2018@gmail.com and we can e-mail these to you.




Has the deadline for papers ended?


We are no longer accepting new papers. We will only accept papers, where individuals have already submitted an abstract. The deadline for this however is Friday 15th June 2018, to enable us to make the necessary plans and arrangements for the conference.
